The picture is of downtown Sitka, based on old postcards, and featuring the church as it was before being destroyed by fire then rebuilt in the early 70s. I got the slightly elevated view from atop a ladder in the back of a pickup. It is a picture from springtime, when the light is at a low angle in the morning and evening
